In order for us to complete your transactions and get in touch with you as necessary, you agree to immediately update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiry dates.

The termination of this agreement shall not affect the parties' responsibilities and liabilities accrued before the termination date.

Unless and until terminated by either you or us, these Terms of Service are in force. By telling us that you no longer desire to use our Services or by stopping your usage of our website, you may terminate these Terms of Service at any time.

If, in our sole discretion, you disobey any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may, among other things, terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice, with or without cause, and you remaining liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or deny you access to our Services (or any portion thereof).

Any right or provision of these Terms of Service that we do not execute or enforce in accordance with them does not constitute a waiver of such rights or provisions.

All prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any earlier versions of the Terms of Service) are superseded by these Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules we post on this website or in relation to the Service, which together govern your use of the Service.

Any discrepancies in how these Terms of Service should be read should not be used against the party that drafted them.

The laws of the Deutschland (Germany) shall govern these Terms of Service and any other agreements under which we supply you Services and will be followed in their interpretation.

30 days right of withdrawal is granted to consumers.

Within thirty days, you have the option to revoke this agreement without providing a reason. The thirty-day cooling-off period begins on the day you or a third party you designate who is not the carrier gained possession of the goods. 

Our 30-day returns policy is in effect. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange once 30 days have passed after delivery. You just need to send the notice about exercising your right to cancel before the cancellation period has passed in order to fulfill the cancellation deadline.

Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you got it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.

In the event that you revoke this contract, we will pay all monies received from you, including the delivery fees (aside from any additional fees incurred because you chose a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery we offered), immediately and, at the latest, within fourteen days of the day on which we received your cancellation notice. Unless otherwise specifically agreed with you, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction for this reimbursement; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this payback. Until we have received the returned products or until you have supplied evidence that,

Immediately after notifying us of your intention to cancel this contract, and in any event no later than fourteen days later, you must return or deliver the products to us. If the merchandise is returned before the fourteen-day window has passed, the deadline has been satisfied. The direct expenses of returning the items are on you. Only handling that is required to determine the nature, qualities, and functionality of the items will result in your liability for any decreased value of the goods.

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us.

If you're accepted, your refund will be handled within 10 working days of the time of your request, and a credit will automatically be credited to your original mode of payment.
